Doctor K Consulting is the practice of Dr. Konrad Jakubowski, an SAP ICSM and clinical supply consultant based in St. Gallen, Switzerland, working with clients in regulated pharma and clinical-trial environments.
I support organisations that need more than a technical SAP resource: they need someone who can work across system design, operational process, and GxP-aware delivery. That includes SAP ICSM and clinical supply topics, CTMS implementation, S/4HANA rollout support, and master data/process harmonisation.

My profile has been built deliberately across both the SAP and clinical sides. I trained as a scientist, completing a doctorate at ETH Zürich and a research fellowship at the University of Oxford, and then built project experience in SAP and regulated pharmaceutical environments. In parallel, I completed formal GCP training through the University of Geneva and SAP ICSM learning at both Introducing and Configuring level.

• Clinical supply process design in SAP for a global pharmaceutical company, including intra-EU IMP logistics, role clarity, and audit-ready process documentation

• SAP S/4HANA rollout support at Corden Pharma International across Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, and the US, including process expertise and test management in a GxP-regulated environment

• Post-M&A SAP master data harmonisation at CSL, combining data profiling and OTC process alignment across legacy landscapes

• CTMS implementation at CHUV Pharmacy in Lausanne, from fit-gap and customisation through training, go-live, and hypercare

• GxP system support, SIT/UAT, and key-user training across multiple programmes at CSL Vifor
