About Doctor K
Doctor K Consulting is a St. Gallen-based solo practice founded by Dr. Konrad Jakubowski, a clinical trial operations specialist with a background that bridges regulated IT systems, pharmaceutical supply chains, and hands-on research environments.
Konrad holds a PhD from ETH Zurich and a DAS in Management of Clinical Trials from the University of Geneva. His project experience spans CTMS implementation at the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV), clinical supply chain design for global pharma companies including CSL Vifor, CSL, and Corden Pharma, and patient recruitment optimisation for academic research teams.
The practice exists because most operational problems in clinical trials are solvable, they just require someone who understands both the science and the systems. That is what Doctor K Consulting brings.
